ISX has been demerged from out underneath SP1 - other than having common shareholders and a history that is related, the two groups now have absolutely nothing to do with each other
ASIC probably couldn’t care less about what ISX is doing these days, it’s a Cyprus incorporated company that has basically nothing to do with Australia anymore.. SP1 is an empty shell that will eventually be wound up once the ASIC litigation is finished, it doesn’t have any value as a back door listing vehicle as there are far more suitable companies that would be chosen beforehand (SP1 wouldn’t pass due diligence for someone looking for a listing vehicle, even starting up a clean skin would be easier)
all the talk of top hat companies, needing audited financials etc are all just smoke screens and aren’t valid reasons to keep delaying shareholders having liquidity
