Last I saw, all were civil claims, with a liability, and no finding of guilt or innocence, as civil cases dont have those findings of innocence or guilt - only a liability (aka a fine or penalty).

If ASIC thought anything rose to guilt, they would have referred the matter to the DPP for prosecution in criminal court. They didnt.
