    I think Visa has a trusted Global transactional network in place. Often called rails. I don’t think the card has that much to do with it, it’s an instrument. Visa and Mastercard are brokers of trust between the bank, the seller and buyer. I don’t know how paid by bank circumvents this but Kenjikool it’s a good question and topic to discuss.
