I think the far better and more logical question to ask is... would this company have been suspended, delisted, had a embarrassingly failed attempt at suing the ASX for $mils wasted, been sued by ASIC and now sit in no mans land as an unlisted public company in Cyprus with the 10K mums and dads having no access to their capital for 5 years.... if anyone other that JK?NK whatever had been at the helm?

As for "open banking" its simply a pivot away from cards because the likes of Visa started asking way too many Qs of the ISX "client" base. It also means the oh so great "Paydentity" and all the patents are worth zero.

Bring on the Federal Court judgement... gonna be a great read.
