Completely undeniable things I did post:
- JK said there was a treasure trove of absolute proof. Given that he dropped the ASX case, and provided all of his evidence in the ASIC case, and no treasure trove was provided, this is a proven lie.
- JK garnered shareholder support to approve the offshoring and demerger, by promising that we would relist as soon as possible. This did not eventuate, with the excuse "market conditions".
- He indicated a strong likelihood of success in the ASX case. Then got re-elected. Then dropped the case (technically settled the case for literally zero).
