The only way it would be possible for our Australian company to be worth zero is if ASIC charged us and we were found guilty and charged so much as to bankrupt us...
this is the ridiculous thing. Moving offshore protects your assets from a guilty verdict. But JK insists we are innocent. So the only reason to offshore is to relist immediately... which we didnt do. So why did we offshore again? Its impossible to say that our assets would be worthless in Aus, but valuable overseas unless we are guilty.
