    oh dear... read the document slowly and go check how many ISXF shares you have relative to how many SP1 shares. you will have a 10th of ISXF shares compared to SP1, hence it only really being offereed 8c/7.5c in the old money.

    Sad that none of your fellow holders are willing to point this out to you and leave you misinformed.
