I don’t buy that, it’s a false narrative. Karantzis and the Board knowingly misled shareholders and lied to the ASX. They had many opportunities and time to correct their disclosure discrepancies. In fact they all doubled up and then issued proceedings against the ASX. By way of example see attached from their Statement of Claim. The moronic aspect on this particular issue
was that there was a voice recording of that investor briefing and they continued to deny. Where does that start and finish? How can anyone then determine what is truth or BS?
