    Hi Tradealot,
    I’ve just heard that the Lakspur/Edmonds case v Karantzis is set for Trial February 13, 2025 in The Federal Court. There was a case management meeting last week in front of a new Judge, Justice Penelope Neskovcin.
    I don't expect this to make it to trial, I think cool heads will prevail and a settlement agreed.
