Understand the process & perception that a negative report or ASIC outcome causes investors to stay away from a company. Unfortunately in investment realms, that does not always seem to follow. If that theory was true, the major Banks in Australia for one, would have long ago become a no-go zone and suffer diminishing values, following their never-ending list of infringements. I think if a company makes investors money, people will invest. Investors are quite simple we forget the bad things if the good things outweigh the bad remember it is all about outcome.
