The performance shares were the prize? You think ASIC were going to try to reclaim them or cancel them? I'm not aware of any way they can do that. JK stood to be penalised quite substantially for it (and still does after being found guilty of intentionally deceiving shareholders), but I'm not aware of any law allowing ASIC to cancel the shares.

You think I should be happy about JK receiving a third of the company after questionably cramming in some side-projects that were entirely outsourced and did nothing for shareholders except dilute us by a third. Yep, I should be stoked.

Yes, I wanted to stay local.
No, I didn't want the company to die. I wanted the directors to answer the questions, apologise for the obvious errors they made (like lying about the recurring revenue), and then get relisted. Happens regularly enough to small caps. Only our directors decided not to comply with the listing rules, sue the ASX (in a case which they later dropped (or technically settled for zero dollars)), and cry conspiracy.
You say that we just have to "LOOK AT THE RESULT". I am. The CEO has been found guilty of lying to us. The company still isn't listed. We still can't sell our shareholding. The company settled their $500m lawsuit against the ASX for zero. Literally zero. And my calculations say our company is worth about 20% of the last traded price (still more than the last offer shared by JK). What other result am I looking at?
