there is a fair bit of stuff being changed and applied for in cyprus/uk/malta...... not all in an open/good way for shareholders, and has been changing for a while. BJR was the only person to have a bit of a look into some of the UK side i posted 6 months ago or so. all history now and done.

i shall not labour u with what i think about that but the part i find seriously lacking though is why a registration application has never been made for isx holdings plc even though clearly it is/was a piece of the top-hat puzzle when u put the details together.

like the recent pull-out from the aussie AAT submission by ada karantzis (the isx technologies owner) i suspect that the whole top-hat thing has been...... well, has been ..... altered. lets just say that.....

all pretty unsunctantiated though.
