They aren't going to rush into a listing because a few low volume holders are running out of patience, there are many things to consider beforehand and making that decision involves the probable/possible future direction/s of the company along with many other considerations. The more time taken to choose a particular market should result in a more equitable outcome for everyone involved in my opinion.
