I think that most of the reasons you listed are probable, there are too many unknowns at the present moment, obviously it's best to delay the listing until a clearer picture of the outcomes mentioned above are known. Cyprus is trying to attract small and large businesses and are offering to support any newcomers to their jurisdiction, which is a stark contrast to what we have seen in the Oz market in my opinion, Nick will be working with them to ensure that the company can be a successful venture.
