That seems to be the Cypriot company that IPO listed that did not even exist 3 years ago........ it is almost 3 years old just now..... and did the IPO listing 6 months ago.
Unsure how Annual Reports a company can actually do if it has existed for less than 3 years?

ben, there are financial requirements to main LSE list. I do know if they meet those requirements
