Regrettably, a large amount of time and money has been spent arguing over subpoenae issued by the Defendants on ASX and Visa. The former was abandoned with the Defendants who were ordered to pay $150K for the process. The Visa subpoena issue and the claim for privilege is scheduled to be determined Friday, 24 Feb, on the eve of the Hearing commencing Monday week, 27 Feb.
