Imo, No regrets by isx over the subpoena issues with ASX and Visa. The information gained was a good investment, and will be utilized in the trial starting 27/2 to strengthen isx's case no doubt.

Visa's privilege hearing has already been completed. Both parties worked a deal on the 6-10-22 - See orders

There was an initial order of 150k subpoena costs payment to be paid to the asx.
That 150k payment became part of the asx v isx proceedings to be vacated orders on the 2-11-22
