Nope ASIC is not on trial, but they have to bring legally obtained evidence, which many people here, and the company included, don't think they have.

I have heard you mention that the judge will draw inferences. I hope the judge draws an inference on the ASIC discussions with the ASX prior to the suspension. ASIC and ASX had already drew conclusions about ISX before the investigation even started.

This shows an element of bias in my view. Oh, and ASIC publicly said they chose not to prosecute companies where the majority of their business was conducted overseas. Sonit begs the question why ISX
