I hope the judge draws inferences that ASX tried to influence visa, by contacting them directly encouraging the visa contract termination. The responses to the ASX questions being the very thing ASIC is now trying to prosecute against.

I hope the judge draws inferences that the ASX tried to directly influence an auditor of the visa situation. The same things ASIC is now trying to prosecute.

The whole ASIC prosecution is a farce, to initially support the ASX, the very operator that they were insufficiently monitoring as empowered by our judicial system
