There must be a significant disagreement with SP1 and its auditors? Or maybe it has something to do with the ATO investigation into the dealings of the company? Regardless, the delay (including the announcement saying its ready to sign off a momth ago) is unsuprising and not a good look. You really have to wonder how a shell without business operations could have such trouble getting its accounts completed?
