Enough of the thinly veiled "Sopranos-like" threats. Once again, what does a relentless attack on ASIC yield for ISX shareholders. Not much. That's the nub of it. The judgment of Justice McEvoy is where it's at and his Honour will decide the case against both Defendants.

ISX had their opportunity vis-a-vis ASX and capitulated and wore costs orders insofar as various subpoenae. The only class action will be one that may have to cross borders. Let's wait and watch.
