and if that was always the intention of ISX’s claim against ASX then poor ol siciliavin wasn’t in on it since he was busy running around arranging his battleships for his own personal lawsuit against ASX (whatever happen to that by the way? will we see it launched as imminently as ISX finally getting around to the demerger ruling and it’s annual accounts?)

there’ll be a class action but I suspect siciliavin won’t be a plaintiff because how could he ever be involved in an action against his hero’s?

even the other biggest ISX cheerleader of recent years has read the tea leaves and (finally) realised what most likely really happened here
