Does anyone else feel a bit adrift as to what's going on with ISX?

The court case seems to be spinning out into infinity without resolution...

And everything is now offshore, without a confirmed exchange to be listed on or proper regulatory oversight yet. And even the chat here has quietened down a lot.

Has there been a Quarterly update for Jan-Mar this year? I haven't seen an email and my login details don't seem to be working for Automic. Need to get it sorted I know...

But it's just feeling a bit disconnected and uncertain. Perhaps it's just me.
