The odd thing about what you suggest regarding her creating an account on HC and encouraging shareholders to join in a potential CA, is that she represents a legal firm, but apparently didn't read the HC Legal Terms of Use, which explicitly states that activity is not welcome.
Surely given her representation, she wouldn't do that and in particular if HC then decides to moderate the posts and ban the account. Not a professional look.
But it is a good story.
