The simple answer is yes, I had raised it several times on this forum. Although I had expected the actual figure to be higher than the recently claimed 3.5mil based on the expenses incurred during the same period.
Those same posts also discussed the AASB standard, Contracts with Customers and how this standard had been specifically audited to show the company had done nothing wrong.
