    My opinion, for what it is worth, is that I think we will get a judgment soon - at least within weeks not months. Judge Davies said she wanted to expedite the matter and she also indicated that she had already read through the submissions so I would be surprised if she hadn't already formed an opinion. That being said, the difficulty is in the writing of the judgment so that it references the appropriate sources so that it can not be appealed in court.

    As to my opinion on which way it will go - I think that if I take into consideration the comments the judge made throughout the open court that she is leaning towards ISX. I am not taking into consideration any of her comments at the end when she was discussing what could go in the judgment and what could not since she was really only referencing that which was said in closed court and Seaford's affidavit which she has already ruled should remain confidential.

    But I have been wrong many times before and undoubtedly will be many times again Just hopefully not about this!
