    and FWIW this is where the ASX brings themselves down. The offer to escrow being knocked back can be interpreted (didnt say is, said can) as there being a motive for suspension. Does this buy the ASX time to fine tune their product and get customers on board whilst ISX are suspended,maybe maybe not
