BJR if i may..... confirm authenticate BV is indeed getting killed. authenticate ltd (malta) is also getting killed... also part of isxfu.
top hat is cyprus registered. not isxfu owned in any way currently. karantzis is not a director of top hat. top hat is >95% owned and controlled by caroline karantzis by virtue of her top hat directorship and select all enterprise ltd directorship/ownership. old news. the new bit is that the top hat opened a subsiduary company in malta called authenticate payments ltd.... and applying for financial licenses in the EU and UK.... independent of isxfu licenses....... not yet received as far as i am aware.
