I hope judge makes a ruling next month on disclosure of the report to be released or not. I want to see the end of this litigation and expect Judge provide clarity and transparency to innocent investors as we are been screwed in fight between ASX and ISX and really disappointed at role of ASIC sitting on the fence.

I have only faith left in Judge as I don’t trust asx, ISx and ASIC that they really care about investors.
