Well, if you give people an incentive to deliver a result, its more likely they will deliver that result by whatever means they legitimately can.
Subsequent to that, the ASX’s actions have done much more damage to the company and investors than anything the directors have been accused of.
Looks to me like ASX has thrown ISX investors under the bus in order to try to improve its own reputation.
