Bear in mind quite a few updates have occurred since this valuation and the 2019 EBIT value they use is only 3.5 mil whereas the company has repeatedly stated it will likely be 10.7 mil. There are other issues with the report also but it is generally a good read for someone wanting to become more familiar with the company.
