Probably not going to happen. However if they held the funds and announced a special dividend and instituted a regular 6 monthly dividend at the time they do relist it would be a better bang for your buck approach to list at a more favorable price and create a short squeeze. The longer this goes on the more chance this will happen. The other benefit for holders would be the successful launch of DESS on the NSX and a possible increase in ISX ownership of NSX. NSX MCap $40 million, ASX MCap $15 billion. A 2 year free run to disrupt a $15 billion out of touch and slow moving virtual monopoly, it does not get much better than that in the disruption business. If NSX gains traction right from the get go NSX could re rate at a stunning pace and with it the value of ISX's holding. If NSX takes just 10% of ASX business over 3 years its value would be $2 billion IMO as it would attract a higher multiple factoring in growth. If ISX increased to 25% its holding will be circa $500 mil. What I am waiting for is how or who is going to capitalize the NSX. The possibilities here are tantalizing and must have shorters and ASX worried now that ASIC has ruled ISX is not in competition with ASX. Talk about all the ducks lining up.
