Your statements are getting more ludicrous. It’s in everyone’s best interests to settle most cases to avoid massive costs going to both sets of lawyers. What is the better result, a $100k settlement and $40k costs or a $200k settlement with $150k costs for full trial.
You either have zero knowledge of the court systems and the standard legal process, are ignoring common sense or are desperately trying to put a spin on a standard practice.
The fact you continually post about this reeks of desperation.
