If you don't think that stating that the CEO presides over a compny that facilitates money laundering is sufficiently defamatory (when easily disproved) then you're not being honest with us or yourself (I suspect both).

To holders: my personal view here is that Aston has another crack at 'honestly held opinion'. I'd be interested to see what happens in the Stead case although I think that Aston has more collateral to support his opinion there. Here, he only has 'suspended by aml ' which in it's worst possible inference implies non compliance / negligence, well short of facilitation. Interested to hear a legal opinion.
