however, it's important to note that there is a difference between shares issue on a re-capitalisation (where the Breach Entity appears to have subscribed for shares on exactly the same basis as everyone else involved in the raising) and situations involving performance share hurdles
there's also a pretty obvious different in the approach of DOU when responding to ASX queries around governance matters than what ISX's track record has been
