Isn't it amazing that Justice Davies ordered all documents to be filed by 4pm yesterday afternoon and ISX files theirs at 3.23 but the arrogant slimy ASX as always lodge theirs a few hours past the due date and time. It might be nothing in legal terms but ASX are a disgrace, a publicly listed corporation that plays one of the most important roles in our financial system that is all about compliance and sticking to the rules and yet a federal court issue and they can't comply by the rules.
