Ok so page 6 of the ISX ann, ASX confirms if CU looked into Visa and all communications in order to fully reveiw the disclosures of the company.

CU confirms it interviewed management on it and reviewed 'some' correspondence. However, all correspondence was beyond the scope of the report.

So therefore, CU reached its conclusion without reviewing all correspondence between Visa and ISX and also relied on just taking ISX's word via interviews.
