I can't say what ISX have given or not, this becomes a he said she said, this no longer relevant. What does the ASX have to gain by dragging this out? Don't tell me it's to curtail the alternative exchange, the suspension was prior to the NSX deal. Something was amiss at ISX, the conduct of the jokers is at ISX is the crux of the matter. The jokers have failed to meet the requirements of the exchange the regulator seems concerned and people here keep defending the jokers. so tell what have we gained? Make the jokers accountable that's what the ASX/ ASIC are dong? we can't trade because the jokers thought they were smarter than everyone else and we the humble small shareholders are paying. Have any of the board forfeited their fees during this ordeal? Are managers withholding their salary? I think that's a resounding no on both fronts, yet are we any closer to a resolution?
