I’m an original holder at 3c and have a lot to lose if this goes bad but it truly amazes me how deluded some of the posts on here are and the lack of information and research it seems these posters have done into the real issue .It’s not about the performance shares as such it’s about how they were obtained and you would have to be insane to actually believe this was not done purely for self interest just look at the statement of claims it’s there in black and white it shows who is to gain from the performance shares and how truly funny it is that All these people are significant employees of ISX the irony is outstanding. What pisses me off is that I didn’t see the obvious signs and they were there Let’s all believe JK moved the accounting date back six months to make the accounting easier and more in line but then who does it have to benefit? our shareholders or him? Personally I see this as a game of will he be able to use his understanding and knowledge of the law to get away with it rather than did he actually do it. But that’s just my opinion But I’m sure many will disagree. But before doing so just ask yourself one simple question if you had the chance to make a quick couple of hundred million would you move the goal posts if you could and thought you get away with it? I know I sure as hell would?

Thanks for your ironically deluded opinion...oh the irony you say. Well the irony of it is you're calling people deluded while telling us who benefits from the PS...like durr !! perhaps you should research the point of performance shares. You have zero evidence and zero credibility !!
