yes the court will decide and I honestly hope it is in JK favour but I doubt it . I skimmed your post but as previously stated it’s not about the performance shares it’s about the extremely dodgy way in which they reach them and extremely dodgy quality of the documentation that they are currently trying to use to validate this fact fact. IMO
