Gee your a prolific poster. And your main gripe is that the directors have defrauded the shareholders.
My argument with that (can understand your gripe) is this. Anyone who bought in after the performance shares should have known about them and how they were achieved. Anyone investing should do research. Therefore how were they defrauded? Existing shareholders also should have known about them and that at least the first 2 tranches were going to be achieved. The market wasn't to concerned about the massive dilution. The price went from 0.20 to a high of 1.76. AFTER the issue of the performance shares. I'm sure existing shareholders bought more in that period.
Seems the main concerns with this 'fraud' is Asic/ASX, Joe, Senseless and you.
