Post #:51723252 Everyone has a right to be unhappy @naomhan, but the main difference is with whom. I am a long-term holder - since 2015 - just a couple of months after the reverse listing was completed.
The reasons I am unhappy are supported in public documents but until proven in court, they are alleged, so my reasons should be read with this in mind. The reasons: I am unhappy (better word - angry) -
- With OM for not asking the questions of ISX in advance to printing the suggestive and insinuative questions to selected clients and for providing it to ASX on the same day and working with ASX on these questions prior to the suspension,
- At ASX for suspending ISX without sufficient evidence and beyond their powers 24 hours before the suspension,
- That ASX has not told us what additional information, if any, ASX received in that 24 hours that made it right to suspend ISX,
- That ASX published all query letters asking questions over all parts of ISX business which made ASX appear that it was "fishing",
- That ASX published their reasons to the public when even now ASX does not say that the "facts" are true, but are ASX opinions,
- That there is no mechanism ISX had, other than taking ASX to court, to dispute ASX "opinions" in the "reasons" report,
- That coincidentally, when ISX was working on satisfying the conditions in the "reasons report" there magically appeared a VISA suspension of ISX for "AML" (how convenient!) reasons when ISX has not been reported for AML reasons to any authority by any organisation anywhere in the world at any time,
- That no one will answer the question, "had ASX been in discussions with VISA prior to the VISA suspension?"
- That we have been suspended over 2 years,
- That we have trolls on HC with no other apparent reason than to disparage ISX, its CEO and its directors.
- That no one will answer my 20+ questions.

Post #:51723252 you do not convince that you are a concerned shareholder. I allege that you are just a trader (if at all) and that you will maintain a profit in your trades of ISX even if you never are able to trade your 15000 ISX shares again. How convenient is your screenshot - year shown, but no month/day; price decimal digit shown, but not the unit. It would be fun to see the entire picture.
