True, depending on the exchange's listing requirements but for me, I now see why I should be interested in the tax case (I previously wasn't closely following). Considering ATO's scope should be limited to Select All (the company) and BVI (the location), and none of those has had any changes, I don't see why ISXFEU should be coming up at all.
I would think the ASIC case isn't as important since the defendants there are ISX and JK, but ISXFEU is the entity trying to list. I don't think JK being an ISXFEU director and facing litigation in AU should be an impediment (based on my review of listing requirements for some other exchanges) but I could be wrong
