Gosh, you and your cohorts are arrogant! If someone asks, I say I hold shares in ISX. What is really true, I beneficially own them in my family trust. I have said this before in posts. Duh!

Also, there are many reasons that are not "for the avoidance of paying tax" in having accounts in an offshore company. At least, as the judge said, they are not in a $2 company in the bahamas. He seemed unconcerned with BVI.

In fact, banks in the BVI have a higher ranking in the international community when it comes to AML compliance than the banks in Australia.
