    I'd be interested in hearing some of the 'many' reasons that one would use the BVI to hold their shares in an ASX listed company that they run..

    BVI is consistently a place getter when listing popular tax haven jurisdictions.. along with Jersey, Cayman Islands etc

    you're out of your depth on this issue, like others, but your effort and determination must be commended
