Hi @aes411, registries do only that - they keep track of who has shares, how many, send out documents, answer questions etc for a specific company (for example ISXFEU). They would not have anything to do with freezing shares.
What is unclear to me is whether the court of Australia can order the freeze of assets in the BVI. It may be that the court in BVI needs to be asked to give the order to freeze assets in a BVI trust.
The reason I believe that if the shares are frozen it would inhibit listing on another exchange is that ISXFEU might no longer meet the requirements of the exchange. The reason may possibly be due to an increased lack of liquidity of the shares (real or perceived) - especially when Red5 and Select All own upwards towards ~55% of ISXFEU.
