Sounds similar to government(s) digital currency that will replace banks, effectively. Faster, effective penetration of monetary and fiscal policy without the headaches.

The above will help replace the MO, effectively, eventually. It will interface with the Fintech eco system, like the one ISXEU has built and is building.
