with respect, I don't agree it is baiting. I believe it is a very credible poster (Nasha) letting us know from his brief encounter with party/ies at court at the end of the day, that there should be news to come. That is useful to me and I believe others, because if fills a vacuum and helps prevent a lot of pointless posts (not saying yours is), as we know to sit tight and wait.

Also, private discussions are none of my concern, but add to the picture - ie there is something to discuss. We await.
