Well it doesn't help minority shareholders. At some point, some people are going to start asking why all the action is taking place at NSX. They say sunlight is the best disinfectant. You would think that if management, who have said suspension is harming the company, really thought the reasons for suspension were invalid, they would be publishing them to get ASX to withdraw them. Instead, they keep it secret and the next court case isn't even about having the suspension lifted, it is about whether shareholders can find out why it is suspended.
ISX shareholders are a special kind of ....patient....
