Thos is all in my opinion and not fact.

The ASX is not a regulator, yet they've got a small bit of power and it's some may say gone to their head. I feel if a company is suspended by the ASX for whatever reason or made up reason...It then should be directed straight to ASIC and all communication be with an organisation that is not biased, is not sleeping with all the bank CEO's, does not have conflicts of interest, and does not have a personal vendetta against certain companies, or individuals. In my opinion you cannot have or give a public company power, it brings in the possibility of collusion, coercion or abuses of power....If ASIC and not the ASX were handling the matter then a dare say they would be a heck of a lot more respectful. Not only to each other, but to all the shareholders who have been treated with contempt.
